机械工程师Mechanical Engineer （空调/建筑设备/暖通/给排水）
Job description:
In this position, you will be the system owner for facility mechanical systems. Mechanical systems include HVAC, Chilled Water System, Condenser Water System, Process Vacuum, Compressed Dry Air, Clean Room, Process Chilled Water and others. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Planning, designing and modifying the systems in assuring reliability and sustaining engineering for the systems owned
- Providing first line troubleshooting of the system in fault condition with proper problem solving techniques, and restore all system back to its desired operating condition
- Developing criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes
- Managing system capacity and triggering upgrade based on factory ramp
- Being the single point of contact for any changes done for the owned system that includes base build, fit up and hookup
- Working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth evaluation and variable factors
- Acting independently to determine methods and procedure on new or special assignment and may supervise the activities of other
Qualifications:
You must possess a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Additional qualifications include:
- Strong background in Mechanical Engineering, especially in heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC), M&E infrastructure and facilities management
- Excellent knowledge in fluid and thermo dynamics
- Excellent communication skills and personality
- Minimum two years experience preferably in facilities operation and maintenance
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as collaborate with other engineers to solve breakdown issues and recommend technical solution
- Ability to designing mechanical systems
- Experience in Semiconductor Industry and/or Building operation and maintenance and/or Facilities service

Responsibilities:
The following list is not intended to be all inclusive but to set expectations for the successful candidate.
•You will work with Project Teams to develop and coordinate equipment installation schedules using Primavera 3.1 and P3E/C scheduling software.
•You will be involved with developing & maintaining Integrated Master Schedules.
•Critical path analysis and reporting to project team members.
•Schedule updating on a weekly basis.
•You will support the Site Construction Manager by planning & organizing the resource planning (including task planning by individual) and scheduling on the project.
•You will also be expected to report to the IQGL (Install & Qual Group Leader) early warning notice of positive and negative trends that affect the schedule of a project.
•You maintain backlog project planning, people loading, analysis & reporting.
•Adhere to defined scheduling processes / SOP’s.
Requirements:
· You should possess a Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Project Management, Project Control or Engineering Management etc is preferred.
· Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
· Motivated self starter that can work independently with minimal direction and meet expectations on a daily basis.
· Experience in Schedule resource loading and manpower projections is preferred.
· Experience with Primavera and/or MS Projects scheduling software is preferred.

Environment Engineer
Description
In this position, you will be representing the Intel EHS Organization in the area of environmental engineering. You will be responsible for the compliance of all applicable environmental government codes and regulations and Intel policies (chiefly air, water and waste programs). Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Influencing the organization to maintain environmental performance and limit Intel's environmental footprint
- Teaming with other EHS professionals on a site, regional and worldwide level to share learning, increase innovation and drive synergy throughout Intel
- Partnering with site, regional and corporate stakeholders to create environmental awareness, tracking, analyzing and reporting environmental indicators and driving continuous improvement efforts
- Responding to customer requests and events as they occur and will help develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment
Qualifications
You must possess a Bachelor's or above degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Additional qualifications include:
- Good written and verbal English skill
- Good Influencing skills and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment by active engagement and completing required activities
