此次2012 BP校园招聘提供五种类别职位,工作地点分布于上海、北京、广州、天津和珠海。
职位类别:
Challenge Program
As an early career development for high potential young graduates to accumulate cross BU knowledge/skills to be future leaders, Challenge Program is a 3.5 years rotation program (starting from July 2012) across all Business Units (BUs) and Functions in China in order to get an overall experience in BP China.
Sales Trainee Program
Sales Trainee Program is a 1 year training program within Industrial Lubricants in sales and related functions, aiming to grow the graduate into independent sales with solid technical knowledge. The program aims to create robust graduate program to align with BP talent management framework and to absorb young talents to develop into sales professionals and ensure sustainable business growth.
Product Development Trainee Program
Product Development Trainee Program is a 2 year program, with 2-3 rotations within Castrol China Technology Center. The program is to equip with the full cycle of technical and product knowledge, functional experience and diverse nature of the projects. Individuals are required to apply both core and specialist skills across a range of disciplines in parallel to understanding innovative and high performance products with an on-going commitment to premium quality and leading edge technology.
BPZ Manufacturing Trainee Program
Early career program in BPZ (BP’s manufacturing asset in Zhuahai, Guangdong province) is to develop talent pipeline for further BP manufacturing leaders. We target at graduate students with bachelor and above degree who have the education background and strong aspiration in technical and engineering. Selected candidate will get 2 assignments during 3-year Trainee program in BPZ to gain exposure and expertise in BP manufacturing.
Future Leaders Program
Future Leaders Program (FLP) is a BP global program to develop future BP leaders. FLP targets post-graduate candidates with 3-6 professional experience and the potential to achieve more. Within 3-4 years of FLP program, you will rotate through 2 roles that offer you real responsibilities and an accelerated way of discovering BP.
